Joel Madden is under investigation for jostling a female photographer this past weekend. Maybe he can write a crappy faux-emo song about it and have some kids star in the video whose moms are photographers who have experienced the tragedy of having their breast handled like a casaba down at the bodega. Didn't he do a video like that? I think it was about suicide, though. Ok, I'll shut up. But way to exploit suicide, Joel.
TMZ has learned that the Beverly Hills Police Department is investigating rocker Joel Madden, after a female photographer filed a "crime report" claiming he attacked her during a violent confrontation over the weekend.According to police sources, the woman claimed Madden confronted her as she attempted to take his picture in Beverly Hills, saying that Madden then swung his arm and struck her on the left breast "with the heel of his hand." The photographer told TMZ that she has a welt to prove it, and had to see a doctor for treatment.
Later on that same evening, video was shot of Madden giving a stiff-arm to another pap while he was out with Nicole Richie. He's really going for it. Though I'm sure if she gets jostled by photographers, she breaks a hip and maybe a sternum. She's delicate. So he's just looking out for her non-existent translucent ass.
