Funny, I saw that on PS last night and w/o knowing the name of the file, I thought Christian was the father b/c his head was biggest.

The person who runs the website scanned and saved the picture, not the person that sent it in. The owner of the site just get these anonymous postcards in the mail and then scans them and puts them up. As has already been mentioned, Christian Slater's head is the most noticable, so maybe that's the reason for the name of the picture.

More than likely it's the person most covered up by the words 'a lot' (specifically under the 'A'). It's the only person that covered and that particular peice of paper is the largest.

I can't tell who that is under there. Can anybody?

The guy who runs the website, Frank Warren, would have named the jpeg. He would have received the postcard in a hard copy in the mail.

All postcards are submitted by US mail, therefore do not have a file name associated. The file names are chosen by Frank, the guy who runs that website, and are usually discriptive of what is on the post card. He would have no way of knowing any more than the casual observer which man is this woman's "baby daddy". Thus, everyone's speculation is just that...

A woman (presumably) sent in a postcard stating "One of these men is the father, and he pays me a lot to keep it a secret."

Which translates into a woman had the baby of one of these celebrities and the person is paying her to not tell anyone.

Does that help? Nobody necessarily knows who this woman is, she is just releasing a secret that she cannot tell anyone.

I guess a lot of these guys wouldn't really have a lot to loose if the paternity came out. (I'm talking about the single, never married, no kids guys) It'd be awkward and maybe embarrasing for them - but nothing else. I guess the guy is/ was married and really had A LOT to loose. So... who is it?? Brad Pitt? Ryan Phillippe? Patrick Dempsey? I dunno...

But Vince Vaughn and Leo's pictures are practically as big as Christian's. I think it's Leo, because the word "father" is right under his pic.

cdawg - A "contributor" is just that. Anyone can contribute to the PostSecret website. Their are no clues - you and HateStupidAsses/notasnowbunnifromTX are just trying to look better than everyone else. Humility and manners will get you far in life. It is amazing what one will say behind closed doors when they feel much more grandiose than they are in real life.

Wow! Snowbuni4untexas asks an innocent question and she suddenly finds herself being insulted and ridiculed. I rarely submit comments on any sites, but after reading the onslaught of demeaning posts aimed at her I now feel the need to defend my fellow Texan.
The original question she posed was completely legitimate. The story indicates only that a contributor confessed to receiving money in exchange for not revealing the paternity of a certain child. We all assumed the confessor was speaking of her own child, but not necessarily. It is conceivable that this person knows that one of these celebrities fathered a child he wants to keep secret, the mother of the child may be in agreement with the secrecy (or is also being paid), and this is a third party who (somehow aware of the situation) is now receiving money to remain quiet about it all. I did not even consider this possibility until Snowbuni4untexas asked her question, so please just give her a little bit of a break. Sometimes we think others are not as smart as we are, but in reality they simply see things in a different way.
