The father of paparazzi magnet and actress Lindsay Lohan has been released from prison after serving almost two years for driving while intoxicated and other charges, according to news reports.Foglia confirmed for CBS Interactive that the elder Lohan was released after being incarcerated since June 30, 2005, for attempted assault and other charges.

The attempted assault charge stemmed from an attack on his brother-in-law at a party.While awaiting sentencing, Lohan was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle when his car went off the road. His car struck a pole and was engulfed in flames. Lohan was not hurt.
Lindsay better recognize. When the papers are referring to her as "paparazzi magnet" before "actress", it means she needs to hole up, stay rehabbed and find a good script. Otherwise, it's about a hop, skip, and a jump away from Taradise.
