Dresses are being invaded by pockets. Marc Jacobs, Chloe, Chanel and Luella Bartley have joined the train in putting on the pocket. Red carpet gowns of any style, color, fabric and creed are boasting the hidden pocket.
Jennifer Hudson's Oscar De La Renta, that landed her on the lips of every worst dressed list, also rocked the pocket. Perhaps she would have went under the radar had it not been for the old python bolero. But what about the pocket trend? It seems to force starlets to awkwardly plunge their hands into the dresses and sometimes (not always) compromises a pose.

It does restrict posing, but, if anything they probably feel *less* awkward without their hands esposed.

I think that sometimes the actresses don't know what to do with their hands so pockets help in that respect. I think Michelle looks cute, but the thumb hook thing the other girl is doing is a little lame.
