Cara Harrington: I loved Rainbow Brite when I was a kid! But that is just not the kind of look I would aim for. The mini dress is cute and she has the body for it. The knee highs are inventive, but the shoes....oh the shoes! I hope she isn't pigeon-toed and that is just a bad angle. You had me until the sandals Joss.
