The Tennessee legislature has axed a proposed resolution that would have honored Justin Timberlake . Granted, it's a little early for state governments to be honoring him. He's like 10, and he's only had two solo albums. But someone sounds like they were a little grumpy at work that day.
State. Sen. Ophelia Ford had introduced the resolution, expecting that it would get unanimous support in the senate. But Sen. Raymond Finney, a Republican from Maryville, removed it, saying, "It's not something I want my name on." They cited such Timberlake hits as "SexyBack" and "Rock Your Body" as evidence against JT.Jesus, Ray hasn't gotten any in awhile. These people obviously have a lot of time on their paws. Judging by JT's recent stank attitude in his "Details" interview, I'm guessing this is just going to add to his bad mood. All I wanna know is, when's Joey Fatone Day going to be established? That beefy hotass bastard needs his own holiday!

Heterosexual men, of ANY age, tend to detest boy-banders. Ex-boy-banders included. I'm not at all surprised it got shot down. Also, it seems a little undignified IMHO. I mean, can't lawmakers at least PRETEND to be taking care of important business.
