Both the National Enquirer and Star magazine are boasting details of Anna Nicole Smith's autopsy results. According to the tabs, a number of medical factors came into play and they've pieced together what they believe is an accurate time line illustrating her last days. An injection into Anna's left buttock was administered with a needle that was not sterile in the Bahamas, just days before her flight to Florida.
"As she boarded the plane for Miami, Anna Nicole developed a painful abscess at the site of the injection," said a source with knowledge of the case. "The needle wasn't sterile. The pain kept getting worse as the abscess got larger and larger very quickly."God, that sounds absolutely disgusting and excruciating.

Anna's journey from Miami to Hollywood, Florida only saw her discomfort increase, culminating in her fever reaching 105 at the time of her arrival at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. In addition to the blood infection that had developed from the unsterilized needle unbeknownst to Anna, a second infection crept into her body causing intestinal issues.
It was at this point that Anna Nicole -- and her entourage -- made a fatal mistake. She refused to go to a hospital, a decision that would have saved her life. Instead, Anna's people gave her an ice bath to control the fever, administered the antibiotic ciprofloxacin by mouth and gave her an over-the-counter flu medicine. As the needle-caused infection took over her body, she began vomiting, had severe diarrhea and could not urinate.Despite the fact that Anna seemed to improve slightly, her ingestion of the sleeping medication was at a level that was so potent, she simply never awoke from her deep sleep. Star also goes on to say:
Anna Nicole also had scarring from numerous injections she got in the buttocks.I really hope that when I go, my cause of death will have absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with my buttocks. Because I simply cannot imagine a scenario in which it would mean neither something painful nor embarrassing.

What a perfect ending (pun intended) to a societal absess herself. The only reason she was such a phenomenon, wether you realized it or not, was we couldn't believe there was such a contrast between outward beauty and inner putrification. Never have we seen something so beautiful and yet so stupid, ugly, & piggish on the outside. We couldn't get enough of this display of contrast.
