The comedian is submitting to a DNA test to find out conclusively if he is the father of the 13-year old son of freelance journalist, Kali Bowyer. According to the New York Daily News:
"I'm not asking for money for myself," she tells us, "nor am I suing him for $1 million. I'm just seeking a DNA test to establish paternity, medical coverage, child support."Bowyer filed a paternity suit against Rock in Georgia Superior Court last month, but Rock's legal team claim that the actor had been too busy during the promotion of his latest film, "I Think I Love My Wife," to get around to the testing. Bowyer claims that she had never expected to be taking such measures, but that when the health of her son came into question, she wanted to make sure that his medical bills would be covered. As for Rock:
A source close to Rock says the time of her suit "smells opportunistic," adding, "She acknowledged [after Jordan's birth] that she'd had other sex partners. Chris has never refused her requests."Seriously, this whole DNA test thing is out of control. It seems like everybody and their brother has an illegitimate child these days. I think I'm going to get DNA-tested just so I'll stop feeling left out.

What do these stupid guys expect? If you walk around hittin' chicks raw your bound to end up a baby daddy at some point! What ever happened to being afraid of catching the clap? Two words: WRAP IT!
Next time wrap it, and you won't have to worry about stupid shit like this. He deserves to sweat over this. Better safe than sorry.
