Howard K. Stern just said "I am obviously very disappointed....I am not going to fight Larry Birkhead for custody." Stern added "I will do evereything I can to make sure he gets sole custody."
Stern said he'd like the transition to be "gradual" so the baby can adjust.

I don't think that Larry did this for the money, I think he did it because he knew that Dannilynn was his daughter, and he didn't want drug pusher HKS to raise her. He started the proceedings before Anna passed away.

It was obvious months ago that Larry was the father. And, it does not appear, from his comments or Anna Nicole's, that the baby was an accident and unplanned. Both Larry and Anna Nicole planned this pregnancy (and the pregnancy before Dannielynn, which ended in a miscarriage). Larry fought for his daughter from the get-go and that's admirable. Good for him. And, Howard K. Stern has acted all along like he knew he was not that baby's father. Howard never cooperated in the DNA test until after Anna Nicole passed away and was buried. That's NOT admirable.

Larry was fighting to establish paternity long BEFORE Anna died when there wasn't a chance in hell that he would get any money at all because... well... she WAS STILL ALIVE AND WOULD'VE GOTTEN THE MONEY.
