At a recent performance on stage, Pete Moss gave a shout-out to Kate Moss, whom he referred to as his wife-to-be.
Performing a solo gig at the Hackney Empire in east London, he introduced the track "KP Nuts", and said: "I am dedicating this song..." before the crowds interrupted him to shout out "Kate, Kate".Moss was wearing a ring on her engagement finger as she performed briefly alongside her boyfriend, who was wearing a grey suit, colourful necklaces and his trademark hat.
As has become her custom, she hurried to the microphone twice to sing her line in the Babyshambles song La Belle Et La Bete ("Is she more beautiful than me?").
The first time she made her rude gesture, the second time she skipped like a schoolgirl.
The singer then replied: "Yes, to my beautiful fiancee."
What? Aren't they already engaged...or married? I write about them all the time and still have no idea what exactly is going on at the moment. And since all of the news I ever bother reading is related to gossip, this is probably the most complicated situation I ever attempt to understand. To me, politics and current events are like Kate and Pete times one hundred.
