Plus gastric bypass surgery and Lap-Band surgery different animals. Lap-band minimally invasive procedure much like having lasik surgery. Gastric Bypass surgery (RNY & VBG) major surgery requiring hosptialization and general anaethesia.
Also, its not illegal to place a lap-band on someone in the overweight category. Shows how very little he knows.
Plus she probably had this done I'd venture to guess from her results shortly after she sold the rights to Kurt's songs last year - around the time she showed up at the AI final with Frances. Lap-Banders lose weight slower than GBSers because they really can eat anything they want still they just have to eat smaller portions and take their time. So about 40 lbs in 6 months, not bad. Me, ha ha I beat her. RNY 85 in six months but then again I had more to lose.
