At the Nancy Davis and Tommy Hilfiger's Race to Erase MS gala in Los Angeles, Teri Garr spoke on stage about the debilitating disease that has confined her to a wheelchair with a light-hearted humor that belied her pain.
"I've learned a lot from being diagnosed with MS," she said. "One of the things I learned is I hate the letters M-S. That includes the "MS" in MSNBC, not to mention PMS, and I certainly took the Ms. off the front of my name. I now go as your Royal Highness Teri Garr."But as you can see from the red-carpet appearances made by a slew of our favorite B and C-listers, Teri had a number of celebrities showing up to demonstrate their support. And it looks like a lot of big hearts are beating under this display of (for the most part) well-bronzed cleavage.
