Britney Spears' Dad released a statement to Page Six saying that Britney's former manager Larry Rudolph was the one who was responsible for her success and for saving her life by getting her into rehab . Britney wasn't thrilled, and apparently her Dad doesn't know how to accept a "real woman's love". Your daddy shouldn't be accepting your "real woman's love", Brit. You're from Lousiana, not the Appalachians.
Britney Spears has no one to blame but herself if she loses custody of her two sons and ruins her career, according to her father, Jamie Spears.Jamie Spears told us in an e-mail: "When Larry Rudolph talked Britney into going into rehab, he was doing what her mother, father and team of professionals with over 100 years of experience knew needed to be done. She was out of control. Larry was the one chosen by the team to roll up his sleeves and deliver the message, to help save her life.
"The Spears family would like to publicly apologize to Larry for our daughter's statements about him over the past few weeks. Unfortunately, she blames him and her family for where she is at today with her kids and career. Larry has always been there for Britney. For this, we will forever be grateful to him."

She was embarrassed she had to go in there when she knew she was suffering from postpartum depression, not a drug or alcohol problem."
As for the bizarre head-shaving incident, the pal continued, "Britney's aunt had just died of cancer. She was feeling very guilty because she hadn't been there with her, she was overwhelmingly depressed and she shaved her head in solidarity."
Larry Rudolph is laying low, and friends are saying he doesn't want to get in a public fight with her just yet. Wow, just when things seem to calm down, and she's going to dance class and her hair is growing back, someone stirs shit up again. It's like an endless saga, except unlike Star Wars 1 - 3, this one is vastly entertaining.

Well as a parent who has loved a child and did all the right things to still have the very child act like a damn fool and not listen to ANYTHING anyone who cares about her has to say...kudos for them for saying enough is enough. Further, yup they pimped her out and she wanted to be a child star and loved the money so NO I am not sympathetic. Further, I don't know what magic potion these other "parents" have that makes them think that when a grown person decides that they want to act like a FOOL, your parenting skills can somehow avert that. yeah i blamed her parents for pimping her out, but she's a grown woman who has made her own decisions. When Larry was rehired, the whole world applauded her. when she came on letterman, we thought we had her back. then she got together with paris and it became a train wreck. i have no doubt that she Needed to go to rehab. and the cancer story - that's utter bs.
she shaved her head so that no traces of drugs could be found - it stays in hair alot longer than blood.
