The star of hot new series "The Tudors" (and one of my favorite flicks ever "Velvet Goldmine") has gone into the booze pokey. That was fast. And judging from pics I've seen of this cat, it wasn't just for booze. He's got that White Christmas look if ya smell what I'm steppin' in.
"After a non-stop succession of filming Jonathan Rhys Meyers has entered an alcohol-treatment program," rep Meredith O'Sullivan says. "He felt a break was needed to maintain his recovery."The 29-year-old actor, who costarred with Scarlett Johansson in Woody Allen's Match Point last year, portrays King Henry VIII in The Tudors, which premiered on April 1, and recently completed filming the drama August Rush with Keri Russell, Terrence Howard and Robin Williams.
Meyers' rep adds: "Jonathan plans to resume his schedule following completion."
Some ladies think he's hotsy totsy. I'm not seeing it. Clean lines but looking deranged.

I thought he was hot since I saw him on Bend it like Beckham (haha)... and then I rented all his movies to drool over him HEE HEE... that accent.. man!!! But it's no surprise he's in rehab, isn't he already known for having anger problems (like physical fights with gfs and such) and drug problems?
