Normally being stuck in the Bahamas indefinitely would be hot. But not when you're a battled-over baby and you and your gay dad just want to start your lives together! Virgie Arthur has filed an appeal preventing Streaks from taking Anna Nicole's baby out of the Bahamas.
Arthur has objected to a judge's ruling allowing Birkhead to take his little girl to the States, providing that he returns with his baby for a June 9 custody hearing.Arthur's appeal is unusual to say the least, since she is a grandmother who herself lives in the U.S. Ironically, she is the one who argued that Anna and Daniel be buried in Texas and not the Bahamas. Now, she wants Anna's child to stay in the Bahamas.

I read it....I pictured it, I pictured Virgie gettin comfy in her Lazboy in front of the t.v. to watch Maury ... with a bucket of greezy KFC balanced on her thighs & stomach, chowin' down on a big 'ole chx leg with crumbs covering her chest....and she picks up those crumbs & she eats them...read this & scroll back up & look at that picture...imagine that face being crammed with chx...yellin' at the t.v. in between bites, screamin' at someone in the kitchen to bring her a nother Mt.Dew.

The Judge has ordered the "greedy guts" to pay $3,000 in court costs. The only way she can make any money is possibly from a book deal...hmmmm...I certainly wouldn't buy it...would you?
