U.S. Marshalls cautioned the judge to delay his entrance to a Columbian Lawyers Association meeting, so that the actress could make her way inside as quickly as possible.
See, that's the kind of important I'd like to eventually be--not Supreme Court Justice important--but Angelina Jolie important. The first one probably doesn't get as many gift bags or free clothes, either.

The Marshall were more the likely guarding Altio since the US Marshall Service is charged with protection the federal courts including judges and justices, along with the US Superre Court Police.
IF they were worried about secruity it was probably easier to get her and her mess of drama out of the way before he went in. It is safer for the principle.
