At the ripe old age of twenty-two, Keira Knightley has a film career under her belt that a lot of people spend their whole lives trying to attain. And she makes it sound like she's ready to throw in the towel in the not-so-distant future. In the May issue of Elle, she explains that she doesn't plan on living the life of a celebrity indefinitely and has made a conscious decision to eventually remove herself from the spotlight and hinted at her interest in starting a family.
"I couldn't have kids in the situation I'm in now. But I could just do something else."That's probably what's going to happen. I'm just not so hungry any more. I made a decision very recently that I wanted a life instead."
Knightley said of her fame:
"It's all pretty difficult to deal with. I am an actress."I don't see myself as a celebrity. The whole celebrity thing seems to be a job that you find yourself in and you haven't actually signed up for it, and I don't actually agree with that."
I can see her point, but she is signed up for two upcoming movies, one of which is "The Best Time of Our Lives," in which she will co-star with Lindsay Lohan. And if Keira is serious about this whole "normal life" kick she's on, she'd do well to steer clear of developing any kind of friendship with the woman who is a magnet for both paparazzi and bad ideas. Unless she catches Lindsay during one of her "I hate paparazzi" cycles, which I think happens either every 28 days, or when there's a new moon. I can't seem to keep track...

Didn't you hear? Lohan's no longer attached to that film, she's been replaced by Sienna Miller. Though the producers let her say she left on her own, supposedly she was fired for refusing to take a required drug test.
Even IMDB has the new casting deets. Check it out: http://imdb.com/title/tt0819714/

Good! Why does LiLo even GET jobs offered to her? She's about as talented as the girl who played Glinda the Good Witch in my high school production of The Wiz in 1993, which is to say, like a high schooler. Why do people think she's talented? Does a high freckle-count help in Hollywood?
DIC Celebrity Gossip says:
I guess she's gotten tired of doing all those sex scenes after all..

How sadly amusing that she thinks she will be able to snap her fingers and suddenly the paparazzi will stop taking her picture.
