Seriously, "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" is torture for a sensitive person such as myself. Anyway, Ty got pinched for driving whilst hammered.

At least he appears to be taking responsibility for his actions, which is extremely rare in Hollyweird.
Also, met him when he was on Trading Spaces with my kids. He was truly gracious to them (and me, but I didn't matter as much), treated the whole crowd of kids with true dignity and respect. Much better than Paige Davis, btw.

On a barely related note; I always see those mini-mansions that are built for the "poor" folks and wonder how the hell they are going to pay the insurance, utilities, and taxes on those damn places. Seriously, I'd like to see how many people that were "helped" lost their house within a year or two and ended up back in the trailer park.
