Caged Heat has decided to drop her current attorney and accquire the services of a major player in the DUI defense biz in an attempt to stave off her impending jail term. I can see the beads of sweat forming on her wall-eyed brow!
Hilton has jumped from famed criminal defense lawyer Howard Weitzman to famed DUI defense lawyer Richard Hutton. TMZ got shots of Hilton bawling as she left Hutton's office Tuesday afternoon.
The only tears she's ever shed have been for herself! Oh, and you might recall we reported on that MySpace petition to Ahnuld yesterday to keep her out of jail? Well, there are now several counter-petitions urging people to sign off on making sure she goes to prison. For life!

Pilsbury, glad you posted that link. That kind of blatant F-you to the judge (STILL driving around even after the sentence was handed down!) makes my blood boil, and is going to make the job of her new lawyer that much harder. I wonder if super-mommy Hilton knows that her very innocent, victimized daughter is still driving around?!

She must be the most stupid unhinged woman around. Either that or she is so cocky she believes she is above the law. Not only is she driving again with no Driver's Licence her Insurance will also be invalidated. If that story is true (and I have no reason to doubt it) and there is hard evidence (witness statements etc) then the court has little option but to prosecute her again for this blatant offence. This time she should get a minimum of 9 months in prison - that should hopefully sort her out.
