Based on their criteria that the women selected displayed a high-level of success, "undeniable beauty and a promise of greater things to come over the next year," Maxim has placed Lindsay Lohan atop its "Hot 100" list. Lindsay crawled up from her position last year of third place to knock Eva Longoria out of the top spot.
"There is no other star in the world that causes more of a stir in the public eye than Lindsay. Her every move is watched and reported on," said Maxim's editor-in-chief Jimmy Jellinik in a statement on Tuesday.Also making the list were Fergie (um...WHA?), Jessicas Alba and Biel, Ali Larter, Eva Mendes, Scarlett Johansson, X-tina, Eva Longoria and Rihanna. Somewhere, you just know Dina Lohan is asking her publicist, "Seriously, how am I not on this list? I totally had sex once and MADE her. Hello? Does that not count for anything? Ugh, I need some self-tanner and a drink."

I used to feel rather sorry for Lindsay-she has a real piece of work for a mom...but, Lindsay makes the stupid choices for herself now...no one to blame but herself. My opinion of her acting skills is kind of moot but if she did have any promise, it sure looks as though she has blown that. She seems to be emotionally arrested at about...13! I sure hope she invested some of her money, I think she is going to need it in the very near future.
