Hot Ryan Phillipe has filed for joint custody of the kiddies he had with ex Reese Witherspoon. He also doesn't want any alimony, even though you know she has WAY more money then he does. Wow, he's a man's man AND sexy as hell. You know she piledrivered him with nagging even before he cheated on her ass. She's not all mint juleps if you know what I'm sayin'.

In his filing submitted Tuesday, Phillippe, 32, cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for their split, and also seeks joint custody over their two kids, daughter Ava, 7, and son Deacon, 3.

The documents ask that child visitation be "equally allocated."

Phillippe is not asking for any spousal support from Witherspoon, nor is he blocking her from requesting any from him.

And he's even saying she can seek support from him, even though you know that cracked her ass up. She probably got those documents while lying on a bed of cash and her kids came rolling in on their Segway riders because the house is so big and they were like "Mommy, what's so funny! Tell us!" and she was like "Oh your Daddy's so silly! That damn fool. Cute, though."

And clearly from the above pic, he's a GREAT role model!

Seriously. Why is he doing that in front of his kids?

Anyway, he doesn't deserve spousal support so I'm glad he didn't request it.

I feel no need to beat up on Ryan Phillipe. He seems like a good man and father. I think asking for joint custody and no spousal support is very appropriate. People can't seem to remember that he isn't some broke-ass K-Fed. He is a working actor in his own right who probably lives quite comfortably on money that he made. I think both parties in the divorce are handling themselves very well. I think it is sad that their marriage is ending. They seemed like a couple that had realistic expectations of marriage and parenthood and were willing to work for it.

Lilli,

What the story dosn't tell you is that Ryan and Hugh Grant subscribe to the same theories of marriage.

A good role model, not a chance he is.

Infidelity is his strongest character.

It reads like he is playing with class. The spousal support clause is standard. Lawyers seem to work from "boiler plates" in these cases. At least they did in mine.

Get a life and Leave R.P. Alone he seems like a good man and father. Marriage doesn't always work out for everyone. He is doing the right thing for their family, regardless if they can't work out their problems their Children and the well being for them is his main Priority! He took great care of Miss Ava while Reese was rising to her own fame. A real man supports his wife completely in every career move or decision she makes. Women put there personal career goals on hold ALL THE TIME for men it's on different then what he did for her and their family. STOP BEING NEGATIVE IGNORANT JERKS... INSTEAD KEEP THEM IN YOUR PRAYERS I HOPE THEY WILL DO THE BEST TO GET THROUGH THE HARDEST time of their life!
