I heart Kate Winslet. She always plays interesting characters, seems normal as hell and EATS. I feel like if I ever ran into her, I could totally convince her to spend an afternoon with me at Color Me Mine, after which we'd grab some Starbucks and sandwiches and spend the rest of our time talking about how much we love each other's hair color and might just switch. Sigh. Here she is, on the set of "Revolutionary Road," which is the first time she'll be doing a film together with Leonardo DiCaprio since their "Titanic" reunion. I am LOVING this dress and she's making me want to wear my little white cotton gloves that I got in a manicure set, so I can look as dainty as she does.

Kate Winslet is my favorite actress ever! I love her so much! I just think she's so amazing. I don't know anybody who doesn't love Kate Winslet. She's just perfect, so beautiful she seems so funny and intelligent and classy and doesn't cry out for tabloid attention like so many of these pathetic female celebrities are doing, unlike them she will be around forever and keep delivering brilliant performances. I think she is a living legend and will be remembered for this generation the way Streep is remembered and the way Elizabeth Taylor and Katherine Hepburn for their generations. I can't wait to see this new movie with her and Leo. I think they are both amazing and have the best chemistry and I hear in this film they will have juicier characters than in Titanic. Also doesn't she look AMAZING in the period clothing here? She is the perfect fit for the 50s because she has that beautiful womanly figure and classically pretty face. I LOVE KATE WINSLET!!!

I've seen her in several indie films, that haven't gotten much press, where she was simply stunning.
I've always resented that fashion/beauty magazines always refer to her body type as "healthy" or "curvaceous," which are just magazine code words for chunky. I think she has one of the most ideal body types in Hollywood! She's a classic beauty that I think many *normal* women find gorgeous.
