I love writing about sports! It makes me feel all butch and stuff! Believe it or not, J. Harvey has straight guy friends. And they're always watching football and talking about baseball management decisions and breasts. So look, now I'm talking sports! I mean, I'm writing about a ruined relationship and sideline hoe drama. But still - sports! A-Rod's wife is outta there! Yankees SUCK!
Yankees superstar Alex Rodriguez vowed yesterday that revelations about his off-the-field antics wouldn't affect his play for the slumping Bombers."I certainly don't think this will be a distraction to our team," A-Rod said before last night's winning effort against the Toronto Blue Jays.
But it may be a distraction at home: His wife, Cynthia, brusquely left their East Side pad last night with two suitcases, refusing to speak with reporters.
Ouch. Hopefully those suitcases were packed with parting gifts of jewelry and cash. Word on the street is that A-Rod is a bit of a superfreak. He's known as "the king of the strip clubs" and likes to text-message the strippers. "His wife should check his messages," says one strip club insider. Yikes. The only message she needs right now is how much damn money she's getting off this skeeze. Why do they get married? Seriously, wait until your ass is retired or something.
UPDATE: Ok, ok. She's here in Boston. We were wrong. I'm just reporting what's reported. Incorrectly, it turns out. But she's still a sap, and he's still a cheater. And the Yankees still suck. So there.

Oh My God! He was walking in a hotel with a girl and he went to a strip club. Is that a crime? Never in the article in the Post does it say he was making out with her or holding her hand and by the way AROD's wife goes to strip clubs with him.
