Joe Francis has a court appearance scheduled in Reno, Nevada for either today or Monday, on federal tax evasion charges. However, there is a possibility that he might be let go free on bail. And if that happens, Florida officials are hoping to get Joe back to the East Coast so that they can try him for bringing contraband into county jail, as well as sexual performance with a minor.
