Paris' sister, Nicky, whom I've always believed was slightly less dumb and useless than her sister, disproved that belief of mine by not keeping her mouth shut about Paris' upcoming jail time.
"I think she should definitely be punished, but going to jail for a traffic violation is pretty absurd," Hilton, 23, told PEOPLE Thursday at the BlackBerry Curve launch party in Los Angeles, which she attended with Paris.I love how she uses the word absurd, as if she didn't realize that the context of her lifestyle makes her ability to comprehend the meaning of the word pretty much non-existent. What is absurd is the fact that Tinkerbell has a nicer house than most people I know. But, I'm just being a hater at the moment. When Paris was approached to speak with People, she responded by saying, "I'm not doing interviews," and instead spent her time happily chatting with her sister.
A longtime Paris friend says the laughter is her way of coping. "She's the eternal optimist," the pal - who spoke with Paris at the party - told PEOPLE. "She's been through so much, but that's always her disposition."She's been through so much? More like she's been through so much money. Someone should just tell her that "jail" is a new club and then good luck dragging her ass out of there.

She's not cute and her legs are too short for her body. Money can't buy good proportions, toots!
Gretchen Weiners says:
Paris is going to jail for a probation violation, not a traffic violation. BIG difference!
Best of Celeb says:
What has she been through? The shit she caused herself?
jessie says:
Coz all of you are just perfect huh? So we all make big mistakes, we're all human.
anonymous says:
i agree with you "she said"...nicky has really short legs which makes sense given the fact that her bf Dave Katzenberg is real short. We went to the same college in Boston and he was shorter than me and i'm 5'5". so that would make her about 5'4" as well...maybe even 5'3". no wonder her modeling career never took off!!!
bittersweet says:
oh man you made me laugh out loud hahahaahah
GOB says:
"legs are too short"? WTF they reach the ground & her ass so they're long enough. I like how these catty girls tear into someone they DON'T know. Hosta
this is not just some mistake... says:
absolutlely, we all make big mistakes. but most of those don;t result in the death of maother, brother, aunt and good friend. a drunk driver killed half my family and a close family friend last year. i can name 20 people right now who are deeply changed because of this forever and dozens more who miss them all. drunk driving is not a mistake that results in losing your job, or getting a divorce, or even getting kicked out of your house. it's a mistake that kills families and leaves giant, gaping holes in peoples lives. more and more like me every year. she needs to go to jail so she sees how serious it is to play with peoples lives. innocent bystanders make up the vast majority of drunk driving deaths . the driver rarely dies compared to how many they kill.
some mistake.

To Jessie:
Yes, we are all perfect.
Perfect in that many people (including myself) do not have criminal records and are not so hideously insensitive as to call drunk-driving a "traffic violation". What if somebody had died as a result of her drunk driving? Would that still be a "traffic violation"? What a celebration of human life.
Frankly, I'm surprised that the Hiltons don't keep slaves in their mansion.
