Bijou Phillips spilled to Howard Stern yesterday that Paris Hilton uses a secret language in order to very sneakily diss those around her without them knowing what she's doing. Phillips used to party with the heiress and said that Hilton actually created this "language" herself.
Hilton's rep didn't want to respond to Phillips' comments, telling The Scoop he hadn't heard them, but he dismissed the jumpsuit story as "ridiculous."Girl, please. I'm fluent in bitch. I highly doubt I'd need a decoder ring to figure out if some snotty little skank was trying to insult my ass.

I used to have a secret code for talking about people in college... I doubt it's that unusual. My college had fewer than 800 people in it, so the likelihood of someone overhearing something they shouldn't was high, much like Paris' world.

Paris has admitted in an interview that her mother was the one who invented a 'language' (vocabulary is more apt). Paris and her sister (and a few close friends) perfected and expanded it. this was how she has been able to express a number of racist epithets without getting caught.

I have a friend that used to be a "counselor" in Bijou's (preadolescent) summer camp. She was a force to be reckoned with, so I hear...that makes me think that a. anything she says is true (and she simply doesn't care!!!) or b. things she says are false (and she simply doesn't care!!!). Either way, though, I love to know, firsthand, that she's normal and troubled like the rest of us. (Or, at least, she WAS...and from the sounds of it, a handful, if you know what I mean...)
