What do I love more than chocolate and cuddly little puppies? Paris Hilton jail updates, of course. And at the moment, the legal system appears to be playing a rousing game of pong, with Paris reprising the role of the little ball that gets boinked from one side to the other. But why not? I mean, what's she so busy doing outside of jail anyways? Just more boinking, I imagine. So, now, as a result of a motion filed Thursday afternoon by L.A. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo, Paris has been ordered by a judge to get her hiney back into court, which could possibly result in her going back to jail. And quite frankly, my life's never been more exciting.
In the documents obtained by TMZ, City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo is also asking Judge Michael Sauer to hold a hearing, demanding that the Sheriff's Department show why it should not be held in contempt of court for violating Judge Sauer's May 4, 2007 order, which expressly stated "no electronic monitoring."Everyone's in trouble! You're out of order! I'm out of order! This whole damn court's out of order!

Her mysterious illness is that she has a herpes outbreak going on. SO WHAT? I'm sure there are plenty of inmates with herpes, AIDS, gonorrhea etc. I'm sure they tell them to go sit their a$$e$ down somewhere. I hope they haul her a$$ right back to jail.

I agree she should still be in jail. I have read a couple of things that may serve as an excuse for this debacle and they are:
The jail has a major problem with staph infections-they probably don't want to get sued by the Hiltons for infecting Paris' lesions-ew. I also read it could have been drug/alcohol withdrawal related, that I don't buy though...bottom line is daddy is rich.
