The man responsible for Travesty 2007 has spoken. Sherrif Lee Baca gave a phone interview to the Los Angeles Times in which he defended his actions. You know this bitch is praying for a bombing or something to distract us from this chicanery. Kind of like Mariah Carey blamed "Glitter" on 9/11. Ok, that's not a great analogy but this sherrif guy is such a tool, you're going to be mixing up analogies too because you'll be blinded by fury.
"The problem here is that there is a medical issue and it isn't wise to keep a person in jail with her problem over an extended period of time and let the problem get worse," said Sheriff Lee Baca in a telephone interview."In my opinion, justice is being served by the decision to have her serve her time at home. She would still be in the county jail if it were not for the medical advice."
Baca refused to discuss Hilton's medical issues or whether they were psychological or physical. In recent days, Hilton reportedly was visited by her psychiatrist to help deal with the trauma of confinement.
The release set off a round of condemnation, but Baca dismissed the criticism that Hilton had received preferential treatment.
"My message to those who don't like celebrities is that punishing celebrities more than the average American is not justice," he said.
Uh, no Roscoe P. Coltrane. Justice would be punishing celebrities exactly the same as you would punish the average American citizen who f*cks up. Pinhead.

I couldn't say it any better than that J., excellent!!!
I'm willing to bet that nothing happens to "pinhead" either.

J. Harvey, offically the funniest line ever!!
Darth Paul says:
WTF is the deal w/LAPD? They seem to have racist-brutality suits seasonally and then they turn around and pull some crap like this? What's their encore- a cross burning in Compton with an after party in Malibu?
Clarisse says:
Uh-Oh Zekers,
we posted at almost the same time, that crazy "icantseeshit" may venture out of the jolie posts and start her lunacy again!!!
Joya
I didn't know the average American citizen could get out of jail for being distressed about being in jail. I guess I'll go rob a bank now... see you in 5 days.
Craftie says:
Don't do it Joya!
That only works if mummy and daddy can buy enough people to look the other way.
Cait says:
Does that make Kathy Hilton Boss Hog?
Zekers says:
Clarisse,
I can't even bring myself to comment on that whole 'you are all T-bone' thing...it's too ridiculous-oops I guess I just did, didn't I?
I agree, J. Harvey's posts give my happy cheeks!

My husband works in a county jail and has seen inmates so cukoo for cocoa puffs that they'll bang their head until they knock themselves out cold and guess what? THEY STILL STAY IN THE CLINK!!!
george says:
maybe they're worried about a lawsuit if she catches a staph infection (they have a high rate) since she already has herpes/hep
besides they let someone else out just to make room for her, overcrowding and all.

ivy says:
They are worried of an outbreak of herpes on top of the staph infection problem. They are protecting the other prisoners from Paris.
Alice says:
It was cold turkey from the drugs... Guarantee they had to let Paris out because of drug detoxing. The rash is just a symptom. She has spent years honking down large quantities of booze and coke. Go to jail = go cold turkey.
And the hours she lasted in the pokey also coincides with how long it takes for all the last of the chemicals to leave your body... which can manifest as a rash to accompany the vomiting and shakes.
BDAYGUURL says:
My neighbor's son died from PROSTRATE CANCER while in jail. He was convicted of grand theft auto where no one was hurt. It was his first offense.
They gave him chemo and everything IN JAIL. His mother pleaded for them to let him die at home under house arrest. Los Angeles DA justice said no way... if he's going to die, he'll die in jail. Damn his mother and his cancer.
So Mr Baca, Paris has a medical condition, you say...
