There's Trouble Brewing in the Claynation

Clay Aiken's most devoted of fans, the Claymates, are divided into two warring camps at the moment, according to Page Six:

An insider said, "The war is between the batty members that are still clinging to their heterosexual fantasies of him and others that don't harbor such illusions."
It all started when a series of men first publicly claimed to have had trysts with the "American Idol" alum after meeting him in various gay chat rooms. In response, Aiken has always opted for the "no comment" PR approach about his sexuality. But his two camps of fans have been raging at each other on the website for his Official Fan Club at clayonline.com. And apparently, things have become so heated that the message board has been removed and replaced with the following message.
"Due to reports of extensive unrest and disrespect amongst members that has been carrying on for several weeks, the Official Fan Club Message Board will be shut down until further notice. Please note that should tensions continue on other areas of the fan club, severe consequences may occur."
And somehow, this battle actually manages to be gayer than the loinclothed, abtastic fight scenes from "300." I also wouldn't be surprised to find out that there are a lot of puff-paint decorated sweatshirts involved. Just kidding, Claymates! Don't hunt me down and murder me in my sleep! Ha! Ha! We're all friends here.

Actually, the Claymates are in no way any danger of seperation. There's less than 1% of "fans" (members who are just plain idiotic haters) that want to cause trouble, and there's more than 99% loyal fans who know this fact anyway. So, no, the Claynation is in trouble. :)

How dare you compare the fight scenes in 300 with Clay Aiken. The fight scenes were hot, Aiken is most definitely NOT.
