In court papers obtained by Usmagazine.com, Craven claims that Shore failed to maintain or repair his yard. As a result, Craven alleges that water from Shore's pool, spa and sprinklers sloped onto his property and caused a landslide on December 19, 2006. Craven is asking that Shore pay the cost to repair the damage and other related fees.Wes also says he suffered "severeemotional distress and anxiety" during the landslide. Uh, does he recall what he put on screen during "Last House On The Left"? That didn't faze his ass but mud did? I love me some Wes Craven, but let's cowboy up here, shall we?
