Now that she's out of the slammer, Paris Hilton is free to return to her natural habitat of the red carpet, where she can pose for pictures, flash her underparts and scoot in and out of parties to her heart's content. And tonight is her big interview with Larry King, on which she plans on spilling her guts about her time spent behind bars, and I'm sure, to unveil her new, upstanding image in all of its God-fearing glory. But, don't expect to see her in Us Weekly any time soon. The magazine is boycotting all news Hilton-related for the moment.

"When it came down to it, the staff and I felt what I believe a lot of people in America are feeling. Which is just enormous Paris fatigue," US Weekly Editor Janice Min told The Associated Press on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, it seems that People magazine has a higher threshold for withstanding the constant barrage of Paris news and is featuring the heiress on the cover of their latest issue, boasting an exclusive post-jail interview. Here's a snippet of what she revealed to People.
"I was basically in the fetal position, basically in hysterics," Hilton says of her first sleepless nights in jail. As for her fellow inmates, she adds, "All of the inmates were very supportive. There were girls next to me. We could talk through the vents and they were just really sweet."
More than anything, I'm curious to see what she's going to be wearing on the show. Is she going to have to start wearing Jaclyn Smith pantsuits and tiny, golden crucifixes to go with her new image? And even learn how to...gasp...read???

I'm so going out and buying 5 copies of US Weekly. They're my new heroes!

I am not embarrassed to say...I will be tuning in to Larry King Live tonight, and will probably buy a People. Not a huge Paris supporter, but she is entertaining, I am sure it is worth a few laughs!

"Is she going to have to start wearing Jaclyn Smith pantsuits and tiny, golden crucifixes to go with her new image?" FUNNEEE!!!!

Paris Fatigue Syndrome?

Can we get this condition recognized by the American Medical Association and logged into the American Journal of Psychiatry?

I think the first stages are: feelings of despair (as to what the world is coming to), and urge to vomit. Followed then by the 2nd stage: denial and an attempt to detach from society, which then evolves into a total blinding rage and a desire to rip someone's head off...

These same symptoms were foreshadowed in "28 Days Later". If we don't find a cure for PFS as quickly as possible well... let's just say we've got one hell of a fight on our hands...
