Was Our Lady of the Cheese Doodle railroaded into rehab? Was she actually just depressed and her Moms and K-Fed shoved her ass in there? Will Elizabeth finally tell Lucky that Jason is the baby's father? Sources are saying that Britney might not have been actually drinking and drugging when she went into rehab and that she feels she was railroaded. Britney repeatedly tried to get the results of drug tests from Promises to prove she wasn't using, and when she finally did - the results were that she was clean?
After leaving Promises, as paparazzi waited for the golden shot of Britney drinking again, she began getting angry that she was at a rehab facility in the first place. Britney and her assistant, Allie Sims, called Promises multiple times, asking for a copy of the report showing that she tested dirty for drugs and/or alcohol when she checked in.We're told it took several days to get an answer. Only two reports were sent to Britney's rep, both showing no drug or alcohol use whatsoever. Most shocking, the first report was dated March 7, 15 days after Britney checked in.
This still doesn't mean she's not a yokel. Anyway, keep reading for Britney's reaction.
Sources say one of Britney's reps then called the facility and asked for any evidence of a dirty test, but she was told there was nothing in the file. The question -- if the first test was taken more than two weeks after Britney checked in, how could they treat her if they didn't know the problem?Britney fired Rudolph and has now drawn a line in the sand with her mom. As for Federline, we're told he's threatened to go to court and question Britney's fitness as a mom every time there's a disagreement. Spears, who is extremely protective, does not want to expose her kids to a public battle, so she's caved on many of his demands.
That sonuvabitch. Well, obviously something was wrong with this chick or she wouldn't have been attacking cars with patio umbrellas and going all Manson Family on her scalp. But maybe it wasn't rehab she needed but a quiet meadow somewhere with a kindly lesbian therapist in a peasant skirt.

Most drug treatment facilities require a drug test as part of client assessment but because Britney was in "celebrity treatment" she probably refused to take one when admitted.
There would have been traces of most drugs in her system for 30 days, but not alcohol. Also, I find this story suspect because this is the version she has put out there with the help of handlers. I am sure that she has been counseled that according to HIPPA policy nothing about her stay or treatment can be released without her consent. She can say whatever she wants about her issues and no one will contradict her.
It was more that apparent that she was at least abusing alcohol and possibly other substances before she entered treatment. If her issues are more mental than anything else she could have been transferred to a mental health facility.
Basically, something is not kosher with this story;it just seems like a lot of spin that going to backfire in Brit's face big time when she doesn't live up to the "nothing is wrong with me" hype.

most drugs don't stay in your system for long at all (only pot does). so, if you are headed for a rehab facility that only tests you for drugs after you've been there for two weeks, definitely opt for the meth/heroin cocktail before checking in, rather than a little 420.

All I can say is that if the Village Idiot is going to persist that she doesn't have a drug or alcohol problem, then her behavior and judgement makes her just fuckin' nuts, not a treatable condition.

At least she's got her ALWAYS grossly messy rat's nest hair covered in this picture. And her undergarment's are covered. I wish I could say that's an improvement, but I know the next picture I see she'll have that stupid pony tail up on her head and bra hanging out. Go back to the trailer park.

it's true, only marijuana stays in your system longer. other drugs (opiates, cocaine, x, alcohol, etc) take far less time to go through your system. alcohol takes hours, everything else is merely days. so this proves nothing!
