Possibly - they have been hanging out lately. Or maybe she was trying to impress one of the other young men who attended her Fourth of July party at a beach house in Malibu. Duff did look to be having a good time, although I don't think Courteney Cox and David Arquette appreciated the attention (their beach house is right next door), because along with the Duff sisters throwing a party, Lindsay Lohan threw a beach party as well (those photos to come shortly).
