On the cover of Cosmo's latest issue, Julie Stiles is hoofing her latest project, "The Bourne Ultimatum," and chats with the magazine about what are probably the two most pressing issues facing Hollywood actresses: body-image and the challenge of maintaining a romantic relationship, while balancing her career. When talking about her weight, Julia says that she likes to keep it healthy, rather than struggling to attain an impossible body ideal.
"I try not to get wrapped up with physical insecurities... the shrinking-actress thing. I don't naturally have a good metabolism, but I am lucky in that I am naturally drawn to healthy food."And her opinion on romantic relationships is similarly jarring, since I'm not used to hearing Hollywood starlets using what sounds an awful lot like common sense.
"I think women get caught up too much in having a plan - I'm going to get married at this age; I'm going to have a kid at this age - and then they just try to find a guy who will fit into that picture...I don't want my life to be based on that. I would rather it all evolve organically."Yes, I agree. But not because I'm sensible, but because I'm way too lazy to even respond to Evites, much less attempt to plan out my life that far in advance. I mean, I get stressed out trying to figure out what to make myself for dinner. And the choices are usually cereal or PBJ.

Zekers says:
She looks very uncomfortable and embarrassed on that cover shot.
I've always liked her, she does seem to have common sense; like acting is a job, not her life.
T-bone says:
I'm just not that into her, and never have been. I'd have to think about why, because she seems like a perfectly nice human being. I just don't like her acting or her film presence, I guess.
Chrissy O. says:
Oh Lisa. You just make the best posts.
Stephanie says:
What an odd choice for the cover of the "Hot" issue! I know she's promoting her movies & all, but it strikes me as extremely funny that she's sorta smirking at the text to the left of her head, like, yeah, get this: Erotic SEX!! Wouldn't have Vanessa Minillo been a better choice for such a cover?
liz says:
My friends from Columbia that know her say she does a lot of coke....
Andrea says:
Her boobs are totally photoshopped.
Dave says:
She's always come off very classy to me. She has a NORMAL body (not ravaged by eating disorders, drugs, and alcohol). She has that unique and very Sicilian face. Not sure the needs to be the one on the cover of magazines. She seems to modest for that crap, hence the somewhat awkward look. You go Julia!!
Memyselfirene says:
Well Dave that would be awesome, but she's not 'Sicilian' so your point, much like the rest of your life, is pointless.
She's hot. I would date her.
