Life and Style poses the question of beach attire and accessorizing. To me a floppy hat and sunglasses are about as accessorized as I get at the beach. Unfortunately I don't have gobs of cash to simply replace whatever I loose as the result of randy game of Marco Polo.
Good ol' Hilary Duff has enough bangles on to make an Aborigine swoon. While Mimi and Beyonce are sporting 10 pounds of gold earrings and necklace, the age old question of style versus substance comes into play once again. I guess if you were headed to Victoria Beckham's yacht party these looks would be great. And I doubt these ladies are actually going to be hopping into water to swim with the fishes.

Nay. It's stupid. Talk about making going for a swim in the sea a complicated business. Stripping off the beads and pearls before wading in, making sure someone watches your towel so no one robs you blind while you take a dip and then of course the inevitable frantic search for the missing ruby that has got lost in the sand...

Yuck... I guess if you are at a party - and not so much just lounging and catching sun i can see the jewelry. But its still the beach and NOTHING can excuse the 8 pounds of makeup duff is wearing...
