Yesterday afternoon, Lindsay Lohan very discreetly headed over to the Beverly Hills Police Department station and was officially placed under arrest for her DUI this past May. In a move reminiscent of Paris Hilton's Sunday night creep to jail immediately following this year's MTV Movie Awards, Lindsay managed to avoid a media frenzy by sneaking in under the radar, the clever little minx. According to TMZ:
According to the official Los Angeles Sheriff's Department website, Lohan was held in custody for about an hour around 4:00 PM, until she was released on $30,000 bail. Sources close to the case tell TMZ that this was simply a routine process, as often times people arrested for driving under the influence are simply cited and released.Well, that doesn't sound quite as sexy as I had originally envisioned it, but I guess it will have to do. If she does get some kind of house arrest, that girl is going to be exhausted from all of the monitoring bracelets she'll be carrying around. She'll end up with some very well-defined calf muscles.

huh?! that's funny, because i spent over 10 hours in jail when i was stupid enough to pull that DUI crap 5 years ago.
