Another day, another Lohan story. Sources are saying that Lindsay running off to Vegas to party right after getting out of rehab might have been the final coffin nail in "Poor Things". That was the movie she was supposed to be doing with Shirley MacLaine. According to a set designer, Lohan's continued partying scared off the insurance people or whatever. But she has that big anklet! And she's sober! Well, she's rolling but she's not drunk. So there won't be any slurring, but there will be a lot of lip smacking and she'll keep wanting to touch everything and listen to bad electronica.
Lohan was supposed to start filming "Poor Things" with Shirley MacLaine when she was out of rehab. But last week, product vendors including GE and Dell computers, who had been promised placement in the movie in exchange for cash, got a disturbing e-mail from set designer Fontaine Beauchamp Hebb.Hebb's e-mail, with the subject line: " 'Poor Things' has been cancelled," said, "Sorry to be the harbinger of bad news, but I just received a call from Jacky Gilardi, the producer, pulling the plug on the ill-fated film.
