Lindsay Lohan's uncle Chris Sullivan is trying to confuse people and defend his niece. He's suggesting that crazy pants might not actually have been driving that night, and the blame should be put on the assistant Lindsay was pursuing/trying to kill/trying to re-hire/who knows Tarin Graham.
Lohan's former assistant, Tarin Graham, "is a problem individual and Lindsay was trying to help her out," the actress' uncle, Chris Sullivan, told The Post.Graham's "mother got involved and became hysterical."
Sullivan would not elaborate on details of Lohan's alleged peacemaking.
"She [Lindsay] may well have not been driving the car. This girl and her mother are letting Lindsay take the fall, but hopefully the truth will come out! That would get rid of most of the charges."
Oh did they teleport coke into her pocket? Are they witches? Does the Lohan clan come equipped with straighjackets from the get-go? Why does everyone in this family sound like a maniac? Did her fame cause a shared madness?

Next the Lohan camp will be saying that in fact the person arrested behind the wheel that night was an imposter, a fake stand-in Lindsay, complete with ginger wig and 33 million freckles
JC says:
you haven't HEARD. The coke in the pants weren't in Lohan's pants...cause the pants she had on...are you ready??? were somebody's else's pants. That's right. she was having this lil' ole' party at her house...you know the kind...where you all sit around and drink and then exchange pants...and, well, anyway, she ended up with somebody else's pants and viola...that's how the blow got in her pocket...
woohoo says:
Well of course JC ... Does that not seem perfectly logical to you ?? I know that I end up in other people coke filled pants several times a week. I can't believe the police didnt just give her a ride home, once they heard that completely reasonible srory...

Zekers says:
I tried not to comment on this but...what a dumb-ass thing for Lindsay to say! Obviously she is used to getting her own way if she seriously thought that excuse would fly.
stolidog says:
um...every middle to upper class girl and boy in this country under the age of 25 have parents, uncles, aunts, grandparents etc. that would say the exact same thing if their little darling was in trouble.
This is the enabler generation.

This is so funny!! If I had a nickle for everytime I used this excuse when I was a kid, (with parents not law enforcement) I would be one rich gal. My parents never bought it, hope Blohan has better luck.
