Maybe it's one of those things like she "thinks" she is a size or three bigger than she actually is, and she bought too big of a bra to address a weight gain that never happened, and he's like "woman, what's wrong with you," and flipped out on her with profanity and stuff. Just a guess as to why there was such a public dispute over a bra, which really doesn't seem to make sense.
