So, apparently, OK! Magazine is all in a tiff with Larry Birkhead, canceling a $1.7 million deal for a photo spread, alleging that the father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter misled the magazine. OK!'s decision to pull the plug on this deal that would have put the publication in the position of obtaining exclusive rights to pix of Larry and Dannielynn has come amongst claims by the magazine that Birkhead and Howard K. Stern were somehow operating in cahoots with one another. According to the Daily Mail:
The magazine's publicist said: "OK! Magazine has uncovered explosive allegations regarding Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern and baby Danielynn, prompting the magazine to cancel our exclusive coverage of Danielynn's first birthday party."Larry, of course, is denying any such thing and saying that the accusations are completely baseless and that OK! is simply upset over a recent Us Weekly cover featuring Dannielynn on the cover. Birkhead, who says he didn't play ball with Us, wrote an email to OK! in which he said, "I was just threatened via email by (the reporter) that OK! would do a negative story on me if I did any stories with any other mags. Ridiculous!!! I am not sure what planet she's on but I am not going to be threatened. She blew it!"OMG, how about you stop allowing every moment of this child's life to be photographed and put on the cover of magazines, you insane, highlighted douche? I can kind of understand trying to get back some money after all of the legal bills with a few here and there, but seriously, it's a baby, not a freak show.

Actually, I see very few pictures of Dannilynn..I thought Larry has done a good job keeping her out of the spotlight..I don't think he is even living in LA, isn't he in Kentucky?
