David Schwimmer says that he'll never do anything "Friends"-related again. Gracias, senor. Seriously, thank you. Because your whiny character was like when you whack your funnybone against something and it makes you want to puke because that tingly sensation is so irritating and not at all funny. I'm sure he was just playing a character, but that mewling priss made me want to throw the Yankee Candle through the television. Ugh.
Speaking at the launch of his movie directorial debut Run, Fatboy, Run, Schwimmer says, "I wouldn't rule out working with any of those guys again. We would never do that show again. But I'd have no hesitance working with them again. They are a very talented bunch of actors."That nightmare was unwaking for far too long anyway. I can't be totally stank and say there weren't a few chuckles here and there - but damn, did those walking haircuts have to stay around for THAT long? At a million an episode? A million? To hear this bitch whine? I could have someone kick me in the groin repeatedly for a lot less.

I recall the others wanted to return for a special, but there was one male holdout ... now we know who it was.
Mr. T says:
Douche. The show wasn't all that great. Love what you said about the haircuts. So true. So little time and so much hair.
newfgirl says:
Well said, J. Harvey. I'm so broke right now, I'd let someone kick me in my lady bits for $2.57.
sexyback says:
Bad form, J. That show was (and IS) hilarious. I lament it's early passing.
sexyback says:
its (sorry)
S_M_G says:
Friends was the funniest show to grace TV screens. I still watch the reruns and laugh. I was also very sorry that it ended.
The least loved character was Ross and he was the one holding out? How funny David, shame!
Lisa says:
You drink haterade, I don't drink that shit :)
Miss Windjammer says:
For shame! Friends is a hilarious TV show. And Ross, least liked as he may be, is my favorite!
green cardigan says:
I liked the Ross character. He actually became funnier in the later series. The 3 guys were always funnier than the girls.
A million an episode....sigh.....more than I'll earn in a lifetime.
shadygoddess says:
I agree with Harvey. Friends could've been a lot less schmaltzy and more, you know, CREATIVE.
Josh says:
Thank God!!!!!!!!!!!A friends movie or even a special would have been awful. Luckily for us David has some brains and isnt gonna subject us to a horrible , 5 years to late , unnecesarry movie. Whats with hollywood and remaking everything. How about an original script you talentless ba#tedrs!
WHAT SMG says:
SMG
WHAT? The funniest show on tv?
You crazy?
Oh yeah that's right, you're also a brangeloony tunes.
Now it makes sense.
S_M_G says:
To each his own. And I guess the crankiness expands larger than Brad and Angie. At least be a man/woman enough to put your name on your post next time. I always write under my name.
Stop putting negative energy in my universe.
E-STELLA says:
"Because your whiny character was like when you whack your funnybone against something and it makes you want to puke because that tingly sensation is so irritating and not at all funny."
It is to laugh.
Alexis says:
I was never a big Schwimmer (or "Friends") fan, but I will definitely be queuing for this film. Simon Pegg and Thandie Newton are starring in it, and Michael Ian Black wrote the screenplay. Sweet...
Jeanie says:
If you really want to hate David Schwimmer, watch "the Pallbearer". That's two hours of my life I can never get back. And he is SUPER whiny in that movie. I feel queasy just thinking about that stupid movie.
ImStillToni says:
lmao @ The Pallbarer..ditto!
I also loved Friends, watched for 10 years, and am pissed to find out HE was the hold out. In the last 3-4 seasons of the show, the guys were hyterical. Figures this mofo got 20+ million the last few seasons and is still whining like an ungrateful bytch. HELLO DAVID- Friends paychecks and royalties is what allows you to keep making crappy movies and not be broke!
kiki
Yeah yeah ----- friends---blah blah.....
Nothing said about the genius that is Simon Pegg. Shaun of the dead is the best...
nastybugger says:
Kiki, RIGHT ON!
Shaun of the Dead is one of the funniest movies, one of my favorites. if you haven't seen Hot Fuzz yet, I highly recommend it. if you like Shaun, you'll like this one, too.
doppelganger says:
David Schwimmer was THE MOST BRILLIANT actor in that whole group. They didn't write really funny lines for him like they did for the other 2 males, yet his physical acting was hysterical. He was most definitely my favorite of the bunch.
OHOKAY. says:
Well...he is awesome at playing hatable characters, though you can't deny he's a good actor. He was great in Band of Brothers, and played a much more despised character as Sobel that he ever did as Ross.
Natz says:
Omg!!! y not do a reunioun?? It would be amazing.. what a jerk hes just bein stubborn!
