I hearts my Gwen. I know Jay Harvey and I stand on two different sides of the Stefani fence, but our love for one another bridges that gap. And here she is, looking cute per usual, with her little munchkin in one arm, as she signs autographs with another. Loves it. However, Gwen's not feeling quite as gracious towards Forever 21, whom she claims is ripping off her Harajuku Lovers logo and using the likeness to sell their knock-off clothes. That said, the argument could also be made that Gwen herself is doing a little knocking off of the entire Harajuku movement itself and then the question remains as to where the line between inspiration and downright stealing needs to be drawn. Which, of course means that eventually, I'm going to get caught for basically doing a poor man's version of Tina Fey-meets-Sarah Silverman-meets-my mother. Sigh. It's only a matter of time...

I thought he was super cute till I saw my old best fried (from high school) two year old I don't think I've ever seen a better looking baby.
I used to love Gwen and NoDoubt was my fav band (tragic kingdom is still so good) but she's off the deep end man. I think she needs to be brought back down to earth, she's like 8 different kinds of f*cked up man.
Hey Cupcake says:
WTF IS the Harajuku movement, exactly?
I've seen the Harajuku line, and it's... um... tacky crap. When I was 13, back in the 80s, we drew on/painted our plain white Keds. Vans were cool. Are patterned Vans cool now? No.
Their kid looks EXACTLY like Gavin. Alarmingly. He's got good hair, that's for sure.
ImissNoDoubt says:
um...why does she have to sue? Can't she just tell them to stop using that if she feels that it's ripping her off. I hate when celebraties sue, like they don't have enough money! I understand some d or f listed "celebrity", but come on. She must take a money bath!
Jenny says:
EVERYTHING that is being produced today is a knockoff!!! There is nothing original, please, and most people can't afford to put out $$$ for something that is going to look tacky in a couple of months.
Erin says:
You can't "knock off" a movement. You can knock off trade-marked clothing. IMissNoDoubt, the reason she has to sue is that Forever 21 was already given a warning when L.A.M.B. came out and didn't heed that warning... intellectual property laws are a huge deal and generally it does take a formal lawsuit to stop intellectual property theft.
Tom Sederburg says:
Dude Lisa... this story is like a month old for real. (Do a search over on TMZ if you don't believe me.)
Everyone else: check out Gwen's new fragrance "L" by L.A.M.B. I love it! Seriously. It's being like marketed for women but who even cares? It smells awesome. :-)
Later,
Tom

I don't care about her or her clothes. She wears WAY too much makeup to make up for her lack of breasts. Ugh...
Pat says:
I wish Gwen cared that "Forever 21" cheats/stiffs/mistreats the sweatshop workers that sew the clothes they sell in their stores.
E-STELLA says:
I smelled Gwens "L" perfume... I'm pretty sure both guys and girls can wear it... it's very dikey.
GOB says:
She's not sueing for "a movement" or a clothing line or her likeness.
It's merely a logo trademark infringement suit.
It makes it appear as if she is endorsing the clothing line, which is what Forever 21 was trying to accomplish w/o paying anything/anybody for the rights.

Steve says:
Is Gwen Stefani even relevant anymore? She' SO "five years ago."
Clementines says:
The clothing line is butch and ugly.
