God, this is just going to make this pinhead more insufferable. Jamie Foxx got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Gee, did he do that Ray Charles call and response schtick for the crowd? I hope so! That's not beat or anything. Ugh, he's such an ass. Did he mention "Booty Call" in his speech?
In an interview after the ceremony, Foxx came to the defence of singer Britney Spears, whose recent performance at the MTV Video Music Awards was slated by critics."I think Britney's going to be fine," he told the AFP news agency.
"I think that she was courageous to get up there and do her thing. I wish her well for that," he added.
Pinheads defending pinheads. Foxx said it was the most amazing day of his life. He has a new flick coming out called "The Kingdom", wherein he and Jennifer Garner shoot people in the Middle East. Rest assured that he will be acting like Ray Charles, though. Somewhere in the middle of a firefight in Saudi Arabia, he will ask the insurgents to call back "ohhhhhhhhh!" and " yeeeeeaaahhhhhh!" and "you did me wrrroooonnnngggg!"
