Entertainment Tonight is reporting that they have a number of credible tips that reveal that both the Los Angeles Police Department and the FBI are working together to investigate possible threats on the life of the former husband of Britney Spears. Kevin Federline appears to be the target of a contract hit and ET claims that this story is two months in the making and that the FBI has been working to contact K-Fed in order to warm him of possible danger. Britney, have you done lost your ever-loving mind? Don't answer. That was a rhetorical question.
UPDATE: TMZ is now saying that all of what we reported about a hit taken out on K-Fed is completely untrue. Ooh, in your FACE, Entertainment Tonight! The LAPD reportedly investigated this possibility two months ago, only to close the case for lack of enough evidence to move forward. And the FBI, in turn had this to say:
"The information on the Internet on these reports is not accurate. It did not come from the FBI at all."OMG, it's a conspiracy, y'all. I have a feeling this goes all the way to the top. For whatever reason, George W. wants K-Fed out of the picture. Perhaps his destruction of Britney's career has ruined troops' morale.
