Burrito Bowl was told by the courts to get her parenting act together and that she is going to be tested for drugs and alcohol twice weekly. Her response? Go out clubbing. TMZ caught the unstoppable mother of two at both Winston's and Hyde last night, where the popwreck was engulfed by paparazzi hoping to get a shot of the hot mess. She was all smiles when she left the first club, but quickly put on her sad face when paps started fighting outside her car.Her party train then moved to Hyde, where the usually dead club saw a resurgence of paparazzi attention, thanks to Brit Brit. She was again swarmed on her way out, as photogs tried to ask about her kids.

She's not the little 16 year old popstar where people had to take care of her she's 25/26 and a mother. If I were her and all this were going on right now, I'd stay in everynight and rent movies and keep a VERY low profile until everything was resolved. Everyone is watching her to see her slip up.
I noted in one news story, they said she couldn't have consumed any controlled substances or alcohol at least 12 hours before she was to have custody of the children. It was in a story on yahoo news.

To bad she doesn't have the mental capacity to listen and do that. I think it's a combination of drugs and a mental illness - she's too much of a rollercoaster for it to be just the drugs. She's got some underlying issues for sure. At least the kids are with KFed now - I can't believe I'm saying that either.
As for "she's young, she's supposed to go out" argument, please. I'm the same age as Britney and I do not go out every night - I have other things to do!

and T-bone, when I was 25/26, I was not going out clubbing every night. Even if my friends were. What else can she do? How about stay home with a good book? Oh, wait, we're talking Britney here...stay home with a good magazine? or stay home and watch a movie? or, if she doesn't want to be home, go to a friend's house? Clubbing is not the only activity available to her. and to use the excuse that it's OK for her to do it just because she's 26 and single doesn't hold water.

No excuses for Brit. She knows the deal - her kids are on the line AND it still doesn't matter. One day out of court with a GIFT of 50/50 custody, and she spits in the judge's face by going out to party. She doesn't deserve to ever see her kids again, and she's an idiot. They are precious, innocent, cute and worth living a straight life for.
I seriously think she lost it with PPD. Having kids was the dumbest thing she ever did - she obviously is one of those rare people who go nuts. It happens, all though, not often. Most women get over it, or never have it. She just spiraled down further and then threw drugs in the mix. She'll either commit suicide or end up walking the streets homeless. I think there's little left to do for her kind of crazy, and she obviously isn't willing to help herself at all.
She's had so many chances already to make it right for her and her children -- she can choke on her own vomit at this point and I wouldn't even look twice. I'm so sick of her already. Why she still gets written up on the blogs is beyond me. Every piece of Britney news is always the same: failure, failure, failure.

There comes a time in every woman's life that you need to realize that life is not a 24/7 party. That time should have come for Britney when she had her FIRST kid. Sure, she is young and should go out and have fun once in awhile. But NOT when you are in a fierce custody fight and the judge already believes you are an alcoholic and a drug addict. Instead, she should be acting like a virginal nun, cover herself up, comb her hair and stay with her kids all day every day in order to show the judge that her children are her priority. Because THAT is what a judge looks at. And believe me when I say that a judge will not be looking at her youth or relationship status in the overall determination.
