Kiefer Sutherland, the star of "24," and also my surprising secret love, is being charged with DUI by the L.A. city attorney's office. Because Sutherland was recently arrested while still on probation for a drunk driving arrest that took place back in 2004, he's looking at possible jail time from anywhere between four days and a year, according to Nick Velasquez, representative for the city attorney's office, who also had this to say:
"We also charged him with a second DUI offense within 10 years, which we believe also violates the terms of his probation."Oh Kiefer. I totally love getting up on my high horse and ranting about these irresponsible starlets, driving around recklessly in their SUVs and endangering those drivers and pedestrians around them, but this is different. Why? Because I have a crush on him. Now, shut up and stop judging me. I have a cupcake to bake with a tiny file in it...

Please - you should be harder on him than on Lindsay, etc. He is much older and should freaking know better by now - especially since he's been arrested for this before. He has no excuse. I don't dislike him, but c'mon man! I understand the younger ones getting busted, you don't think as much when you are very young and you think you are invincible. Yet they get slammed for it. Rightfully so, but to cut him slack is hypocritical, when he is in fact worse as he is a fully grown up adult by now (or he should be, at any rate). The younger ones have reckless youth and stupidity on their sides, and we have all been there in some aspect, however what is his excuse?
