Why did Britney Spears lose her kids, you ask? Ok, you didn't ask that and stop laughing! It's not exactly for the reasons you think. Because there's plenty of dumpster moms out there and they retain their spawn and their spawn grows up to be as dumpstery. Britney lost her kids because she was told to do a bunch of stuff to keep them by L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon and didn't.
Spears was ordered to meet with a drug counselor -- she didn't do it.Spears was ordered to submit to drug testing -- she didn't do it.
Spears was ordered to enroll in parenting classes -- didn't do it.
Spears was also required to sign the judge's order -- again, she didn't.
AND both her and K-Fed were told that they shouldn't be driving their children around without a valid California driver's license. And then Commissioner Gordon (BATMAN!) saw footage of Britney tooling around with the kids looking for chow last week. A monkey on a unicycle is more authorized to drive on the Los Angeles freeways than her. And there ya have it. So - mentally ill or did this scary bitch do it on purpose to divest herself of two burdens? Mark my words, those two are going to be on Shiloh Jolie Pitt's talk show talking about why they're crossing dressing neo nazis because of their mom in 2047.

I'm sure it didn't help that yesterday (or was it the day before) the paps photographed her driving (without her children) sucking on a pacifier. 'Was she rolling?' was my first thought. The previous photos with her having it she was with her kids, and well, face it, mom's sometimes hold the binky in their mouth... but if your kids aren't with you...?
I'm assuming the judge did this for the right reasons. From what I've gathered, it seems to have been for the right reasons. I mean, at the very least SIGN the judges orders!
In Cali (and most states), it's rather hard for the mother to lose custody. Typically, the courts favor the mother. This was shocking to me.
I really hope girl gets herself the help she needs to straighten out and turn her life around. She can still get her kids back, she just has to put some effort into proving to the judge she wants it.

well, it's looking more and more that she doesn't even want custody of these kids. to deliberately defy the judges orders, and not just one but seemingly ALL of them, is the behavior of someone who doesn't care.
I think she had them to try to "save" her marriage; maybe to get Kevin to settle down a bit.
I don't doubt that she loves them, but I think she loves herself more.

Britney needs treatment, a good attorney, God, and someone decent to guide her, because she's not getting it. But KFED IS NOT the answer here. as a newish mom, that picture put a lump in my throat. listen, if your child is crying hysterically in the back seat - most likely due to the insanity surrounding your car - you climb in the back and try to soothe them. don't f-ing hold their toy in front of your own damned face to protect yourself.
she has millions of dollars and could choose to keep those kids out of the papparazzi, record her album, make bad videos, change her tampon, have starbucks delivered, and even freakin' tan that sorry ass all AT HOME, but it's like she's looking for the flash.
she could even move to some remote european village, a la johnny depp, and preserve herself and kids.
it's like the other poster said - she probably loves her kids (whatever her definition of that is), but she clearly loves herself more.

Wow, he is SO not buckled in correctly. Both of those straps need to be over his shoulders and the chest clip is supposed to be at armpit height, not bellybutton level. He would go flying right out if they crashed.

I have empathy for Spears too because even though I was never was fond of her personality, I liked some of her songs and her dancing in videos. She used to be really cute and innocent looking.
But.... Spears needs to fall hard or I don't believe she will get the message. People usually don't begin to heal until they have hit the bottom. So, I say, let her drop right now but be there for her when SHE finally wants to come back.

You have to do what the judge tells you to. I know people who have lost there kids becuase of the same reasons. So if you have a problem... fix it!
