Britney Spears'' former bodyguard has filed a child abuse report against her. If you'll recall, he was the one who fired for not picking up her hat. It probably had her wig in it and he didn't want to touch that Tribble!
Former bodyguard Tony Baretto has filed an official child abuse report against Britney at the Los Angeles Department of Child and Family Services.In the meeting he told social workers about what he had witnessed while he was employed by the star.
Speaking at a press conference, Baretto's lawyer Gloria Allred said: "We have filed a child abuse referral,"
"It is our belief that the agency will conduct an investigation."
There's not a lot of details about what he claims she was doing to them. Though I would wager "neglect" could be a form of abuse. Or making them clean her ashtrays. Or using them AS ashtrays. Or running around naked in front of em'. Cause' let's face it, the "Oops, I Did It Again" muscle tone days sailed from this shore long, long ago.

Ok, any person who has children knows at that age, seeing your mother naked is not going to scar you for life...they really have no clue. I do object to her dragging them out in front of the photogs and being totally wasted around them, but the nudity thing does not alarm me. IF they were a bit older, then yeah, put some clothes on.
It is so tragic that when they are old enough to read and get on the computer, they will be able to pull up tons of nasty coverage of this very painful time in their lives. That upsets me. Most of us get to have our divorce/custody battles in private. I hope they will be ok. The children always get the worst end of the deal in these situations.

Maybe its just me, but it DOES seem like he's getting revenge for getting fired. If this guy TRULY felt that she was abusing her children, why has it taken him so long to do something about it? He was fired MONTHS ago and it wasn't until he got with Allred that he's been in front of the media and NOW filing a report. Something smells here and its not Britney for once.
I feel sorry for Britney, but I think the kids are better off without her. I just don't think people like this scumbag should be able to make money off her misery. That's just sick, especially since he's causing some of it.
