Persistent Cat says:
Nice royal blue dress, Jessica Simpson. If Laura Bush had a clothing line at Sears, that would be its signature piece.
Persistent Cat says:
I meant to add, it's funny when these girls are told to show up dressed appropriately. They have no idea how to do that so they end up with a dress like that.
MySpace Addons says:
I really endorce this cause - I've donated money and it has much meaning to me.
PansyAston says:
Cat, put your claws in for a moment and recognize people doing the right thing for a great cause.
Perhaps you volunteer for the American Humane Society and your local animal rescue group and
donate money to save abandoned cats in time of flood and earthquake?????
Come on says:
Jessica is so stuck on herself she thinks a charity event is a photo op.
lj says:
Yes, she looks matronly. If you look at all the other women, they're wearing more appropriate dresses. This was a formal occaision. Plus she's wearing those same tacky shoes she's has worn all week. Like someone said, she just wants the attention.
Persistent Cat says:
What the hell, Pansy? I made fun of her dress. How is that a dig at the organization. Not sure if you're aware of the mission statement of this website but it's pretty much about the snark. Didn't notice an asterisk that said "except for charity events." I guess if I lived on a high horse, I wouldn't have time to understand sarcasm either.

Cat: Right there with you babe, that is one FUGLY dress!!! I'm sure she could have worn something appropriate and stylish, but obviously, she didn't.
disgusted says:
What the F*CK are you people talking about? This is a CHARITY event. That simple dress suits very well! Why must she show her cleavage and dress stylishly like the rest of those women? This is NOT AN AWARDS SHOW!!!
ZeldaF
Again......... This is not a website endorsing charities, it's for gossip & snark. C'mon, that's why you tuned it. Who said anything about her having to show cleavage, (frankly, I get tired of looking at her cleavage) it's a FUGLY dress. She can find a dress that's not nearly so fug, and still looks good.
peachpie says:
'Cat -- i'm with ya too. that is a hideous dress. i think actually it's from grandmama barbara bush's collection. it is VERY matronly and doesn't belong on someone as young as jsimp -- regardless of the event to which it is being worn. it's nice that she's doing something good for others; but there's nothing in the do-gooder handbook that says you have to look old and fugly while doing it.
