Racking up the number of kids he has to a grand total of six, Sean Combs has now decided to shoulder his share of the financial burden of his 15-month-old daughter, Chance. After DNA test results revealed that Diddy had fathered the little girl with Atlanta-based, Sarah Chapman, Diddy agreed to accept parental responsibilities.

at least he's taking care of his kids. that's not such a popular decision in some social strata. how well he does it remains to be seen. maybe it's better for the child(ren) if he just sends money rather than try to mentor them or be a role model for them. but then again, there's no substitute for a relationship with a parent. hard to say and best left to someone closer to the sitch and more edumacated than i. for now, wtg diddy for bellying up to the child support bar.

as for him "stepping up to the plate", I agree with Lisa...I'm sure the denials had MUCH more to do with his relationship with Kim than it did him doubting paternity. A DNA test is all it takes, and he's busted. I don't give him props for something he's SUPPOSED to do, to paraphrase Chris Rock.
